Yes, Vineyard is designed as a full-service wedding venue. You may choose to do your ceremony on the Patio (with unblock view), Verandah (air-conditioned), or Indoor Hall then follow-through for reception in the same or adjacent zones.

Verandah: max capacity at 60 seated guests (for reception or ceremony)
Patio / outdoor area is used for pre-dinner cocktail, solemnisation or mingling.

Our wedding packages typically include:
• Venue rental (for ceremony and reception)
• Food & beverage (Done by our in house culinary team)
• Décor styling and floral arrangements (basic package)
• Sound system, microphones, projector, lighting.
• Coordination and event supervision on the day of the wedding.

Ideally, book 9–12 months ahead to secure your preferred date. Vineyard is a sought-after garden / romantic venue, and its spaces, décor partners, and wedding specialists are in demand. That said, we do accommodate shorter lead times when feasible (subject to availability).

Yes, many couples prefer to bring external vendors (florist, lighting, stylist). However, those vendors must coordinate with our team and comply with venue guidelines (safety, logistics, timing).

Because Singapore weather is unpredictable, Vineyard’s design allows for flexibility. If rain or weather disruption risk arises, the ceremony / reception can be moved to indoor or verandah area. We recommend discussing contingency and fallback plan with our events team in advance and locking in the layout. Timing and logistics for minor shifts should be built into your schedule.

Yes, being located within HortPark, there are operational windows and restrictions. As the park closes at 11pm, all guests and their cars must exit the park premises by 11pm.

We can accommodate a wide range of corporate events, such as: • Team dinners, networking receptions, award nights, appreciation dinners • Product launches, gala dinners, company celebrations • Intimate seminars, board meetings followed by dinner

We offer three main zones:
Indoor Dining Hall – max capacity - 86 seated guests.
Verandah (Air-Conditioned Outdoor / semi-outdoor) – max capacity of 60 seated guests (depending on layout)
Patio / Outdoor (for pre-dinner mingling or solemnisation backdrop) – used typically for ceremony settings or cocktail reception You may combine zones depending on your event flow (e.g. cocktails on Patio, dinner in Indoor Hall + Verandah).

Sound system, wireless microphones, projector & screen

Yes! Our in-house culinary team offers menu packages (Western, Asian fusion, bespoke options) for corporate events, which simplifies coordination. Our sister company Shiok Kitchen Catering can provide halal meals for your guests. This ensures food quality, service consistency, and smooth logistics. (If your request is exceptional, we can review on a case-by-case basis, subject to what NParks / venue rules permit.)

For corporate events, we recommend reaching out 3–6 months in advance for mid-sized events. For larger or special events (e.g. multi-day) up to 9–12 months is safer, especially to secure specific vendors or dates.

Our event team works with you to plan the flow. From arrivals, welcome reception, speeches, dining, mingling, transitions. We propose seating layout options, décor themes, lighting, floral touches, and can integrate your brand (e.g. signage, branding, custom menus). We handle vendor coordination (florists, decor, AV extras) so you don’t have to juggle multiple contact points.

A standard package typically includes: venue rental (4 Hours), F&B (set menu or buffet), basic AV, service staff, table settings, basic décor and lighting. Optional upgrades may include: advanced AV / staging, themed décor, floral embellishments, custom signage, live entertainment, extended hours or outdoor extension, premium bar or wine pairing, etc.
